sleep please sleep!

why can't i bloody sleep?!

that's it. fourth night in a row! that's IT. i'm seeing the doctor *fumes*

i go to bed feeling tired. half an hour later i get up, frustrated and irritated that i can't fall asleep. i finally fall asleep, or rather, i DOZE till i can't ignore the glaring light in my face.

i'm sapped of energy. i can barely open my beady eyes. i need a double shoot to get me up and going. it's been so fricking HOT that i can't sleep! i'm sweating in my bed - it's disgusting. i fall asleep cloaked in this sticky veil of perspiration, i wake up soaking wet.

i'm bathing at least three times a day - once when i wake up, when i come back, and before i sleep. and the most ironic thing is that the damn water pipes at PGP are exposed to the sun, thus the water i get in the mid morning to late afternoon is fricking hot. not enough to scald but definately hot enough to give you a rude shock. a very rude and very painful shock. so this results in u standing there like a moron in the cubicle, taking an inordinately long and frustrating shower which mostly consists of you gingerly cupping water with your hands from the showerhead and using it to slowly wet your self. it's a scream. you're dying of heat and you have to use hot water to wash the sticky muck away.

argh argh argh!

to all those lucky bastards who can fall asleep at any time in any place - damn you all! i wish i were just like you. it's fucking frustrating and the angrier i get, the worse it becomes but i just can't bloody let up. 'tis a vicious cycle i tell ya.
